git: added vscode directories to the gitignore #203

Added the .vs and .vscode directories to the .gitignore to prevent them from accidentally getting committed

For things that are global to your system rather than a specific repo, put them into a global exclude instead: https://gist.github.com/subfuzion/db7f57fff2fb6998a16c
