Add NetBSD support #4253

Feature Description

I recently added a yosys package to the NetBSD packages collection, pkgsrc. It required only one small change to work (there is an additional small change to abc, will will be filed separately). This issue tracks upstreaming that change. A pull request is forthcoming.
