When discussing the use case for opt_demorgan the idea came up that there may be unloved and unused parts of yosys that would best be removed. However, since that might break somebody's workflow, it should be communicated ahead of time to the users. For such cases we should add log_deprecated so that users know ahead of time their workflow may be affected in the future with a feature removal
