Description

SQLite is likely the most widely used SQL database. SQLite4 has the concept of a Pluggable Storage Engine. This Issue is a placeholder for a software shim to configure YottaDB as a pluggable storage engine for SQLite4.

Notes:

“Name of the database file” in SQLite4 terminology should map to a YottaDB global directory.
There will need to be a way to map between tables and global variables.
