Wolves are weird #1

Wolves behave weirdly in certain combinations of pvp enabled and disabled.

Wolves should also get damage immunity along with their owners.

Wolves with owners now stop chasing a player if they try to attack them and they have pvp off

Wolves now benefit from the same protections as players. All weird behaviour left is on peaceful difficulty, but that's not plugin's fault :/
