Unable to lead another persons horse

only_owner_can_interact_with_pet is set to false, but if you try to put a lead on a horse you will automatically mount the horse which makes it impossible to lead them.

Please quadrouple check it's not another plugin interfering. As you can see here, if the interact feature is turned off, it doesn't do anything
