Possible for person to submit video through YTD without also publishing to their own account too? #93

Is it possible for a person to upload a video through YTD without that video 
also being published on their personal Youtube account at the same time? 

OR is the only option to tell them once the upload on our website they then 
have go into their Youtube account and make the videos private?
