Missing Notebooks #1

Hello, Francesco,

First of all, thank you so much for this great book !

I bought Kindle format of it and, unless I'm wrong, you forgot to add here, Notebooks examples as stated at the bottom of page xv : Downloads Notebooks and Samples, didn't you ?
