[suggestion] Being able to resize the panels (and rearrange them?) #145

Would be great if the panels zones and main window columns could be resized.

Most of the time I don't use mods nor special config, so I would gladly fold this column entirely. I would also prefer having the map selector bigger. But that's just me and so just some example on why this could be interesting to some.

And just to extend that idea, being able to rearrange the window zones (à la foobar) would be great. Or if way too much work, maybe being able to select between several window zones arrangements (like foobar window presets then).

I'm not sure that's even possible. I've never seen any Qt app do that.
