Items are implemented #37

After setting up their character, users can browse through various items allocated to the character
User can purchase or assign items, weapons and spells to their character.
These items now belong to that character and are displayed with it
Weapon damage is applied to the damage section of the character detail

@YoungMaker what's the ID of an item? so that I have a method of adding an item to a character. I've been looking for a way to get it in the Graphiql page but a) couldn't get it as a data type for an item in a query b) tried several variations of item name + version and couldn't add an item that way either

Pull request is closed and the issue has been fixed and pushed to deployment. The new server is live at http://iorc-api.mooo.com:8081
