Organize the layout in DiceWidget #42

The buttons and text in DiceWidget need to be organized so that they remain centered on the screen even when the screen is flipped to landscape. Also the buttons need to be centered on the normal portray view.

The diceWidget activity layout is organized and the content now adjusts when the screen is changed to the landscape view.
