Characters will now be associated with users and editable only by them.

Users characters are saved on the cloud server and are associated with their account.
When users log in their previously saved characters appear
Users can edit their previously saved characters or delete them.

Characters can be saved to the server. Editing and deleting are WIP

Users will be added as part of MS4. Editing is a high priority once the UI refresh is completed

Users are now in the API on the AccessControl branch. Next week we should begin an effort to re-work the queries to support user accounts and authentication @hwilling @l-hurd314
