Implement Skills in the Skills Tab #66

Query the skills from the database and display them in the skills tab. So that after a character is created, the user can look at the skills they have through the skill tabs fragment.

The skills are now implemented and they all display when the user clicks the skills tab. This issue was completed with commit f4058687
