I ran the update.docs.js - so my test and other is updated in api.md file

@YousefED @domoritz my test is pass, but have olds tests that not passes, if you merge it after #527 all tests, olds and new will passes

@domoritz this PR seems ready to me, is there something missing?

The api.md links are no longer working after this PR. It looks like the script might have used full paths instead of relative.
