[ESC190] Separate sections on memory model and header files

Currently, lecture 10 deals with 2 topics. Separating them increases granularity and eases reference

The header files topic can also be improved.

• Introduce the concept of a header file (independently of machine architecture)
• Give an example of 'including' a custom header file
• Describe the compilation commands for Windows/Mac/Linux (mention W, o and lm flags)
• Give a brief tutorial on make files

Question:

• Should there be a review of shell commands (ls, pwd, mkdir etc)?
