The idea here is to make the README.md more attractive to new adopters.
This new structure should also open up the way to add some workarounds to common
issues for the various components without the README.md becoming even bigger.
I'm not 100% sure if I added all the correct links
I'm still sort of wondering what xmllint, yamllint and phplint actually do
For Magento 2 projects they do not seem to check (all) files one would maybe expect
