OpenWeatherMap API #309

Can you do something that the API is not addressed at every map call but only if one has the lyers on? Because I do not believe the 11 people at the same time with us the layer on (555/48 = 11.5 ..... 48^= 24 Layers Cloud and 24 Layers Precipitation) 24 was created by counting the errors when api is not active E-Mail from OpenWeatherMap

I hope you understand how I mean it.

API is called only when a layer is active. But, when activated, it's called each time a user zoom or move. I can't do anything about that.
