WAN should have a green check icon, and should have no "No Server Ping..." remark
Current Behavior
I can ping the WAN2 gateway from inside OMR via ssh, however, on the status page -- it says No Server Ping Response After 1 Second, in orange text, with a triangle icon, and with exclamation point inside it.
Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
OMR has been running well since last Sunday, until today, I noticed that wan 2 remark
I did not change any significant changes on the router, except for simple SQM configuration.
Context (Environment)
I don't think the remark is accurate, since I can ping the gateway for WAN 2, and it has internet.
Sorry, no issue here. It's my bad. I have found out that it is actually pinging the OMR VPS not the router gateway. And it was a firewall issue on the VPS - as ping was being blocked.
