Behavioral segmentation of open field in DeepLabCut, or B-SOID ("B-side"), is a pipeline that pairs unsupervised pattern recognition with supervised classification to achieve fast predictions of behaviors that are not predefined by users.
I am trying to use B-SOID for classifying behavior in my mouse setup. Is it possible to run B-SOID on command line or create python scripts using B-SOID functions for classification? It would be great if I can get some help with using it without the streamlit app since that appears to take a bunch of time and slow on my PC. Thank you!
