I think I'm getting the hang of this GitHub thing.

Anyway, here are the changes from LucK_NoT_SkiLL's updated link from TFTV (which was apparently provided by Steam user "dog").

Please note that I have only tested the changes to HudPlayerHealth.res (though I'm sure the cross variant will work as well). With the exception of HudPlayerHealth.res and HudPlayerHealth - CROSS.res, all of these changes were taken from the download link and have not been edited.

I'm going to accept this without testing it, since it isn't easy to test HUD changes from a phone in Hawaii. If anything happens, I'll roll it back.
