Describe the bug Web端，Android不能播放视频，只有极少数特别短的视频才能播放

经测试，Chrome123.0.6312.119，FireFox 122.0.1，X 浏览器 4.5.1，均没有此问题. 仅在Edge上存在此问题,，所以关闭。
