Separate saps, shrinkage, and stablerules results with a prefix in the results directory. Existing code for loading results will work the same if all dataset folders are moved to a folder called 'saps'
Define 4 splitting strategies: train-test, train-tune-test, train-test-lowdata, train-tune-test-lowdata
some small readability changes

Looks good to me - @aagarwal1996 should take note of this and move your existing results into a subdirectory.
