Strand information #122

Hi,

I'm a junior bioinformatician, and used the package to annotate some peaks. The strand information is of 1, 2 format, and as I was used to the 0, 1, or +, - annotation. Looked up a few hits to find out that 2 = -, 1 = +. As of now the geneStrand column is described as "gene strand", I think it could be nice to add this information to the tutorial or the manual specified this, for those, who - like me - are not familiar with this notation.

All the best!
