change worm to celegans #3

Dual names for the same organism (worm or celegans) cause conflicts between GOSemSim::getDb vs ReactomePA::enrichPathway and DOSE::ALLEXTID. It is worm in the former and celegans in the two latter ones. Hope those edits will solve the issue.
