Dear Prof.Yu I have changed readgaf, readblast2go and godata function, but not claiming the new parameter 'is.data_frame' in godata funtion.I have also used package roxygen2(also devtools) to check whether new functions work which reported that there are 2 warnings and 2 notes.I am looking forward to receiving your further instructions or suggestions regarding this issue。 Sincerely, Hao Jiang Bioinformatics Undergraduate Student, Class of 2021
