`new` and `is` methods not imported from `methods` #7

From BiocCheck: 

REQUIRED: Packages (methods, methods) which provide new, is (used
      in godata, load_OrgDb) should be imported in the NAMESPACE file,
      otherwise packages that import GOSemSim could fail.

Please import the appropriate functions. Thank you.
