pairwise_termsim() function cannot be used, others are all fine

I was trying to build the tree plot, however, the function of pairwise_termsim cannot be recognized by R, others were all fine, is this happened before, how to solve this problem?

I tried multiple times, if you need more detail or debug results, please let me know or, guide me which code you think I can use and need to see the results, I will do it accordingly.
