Dear YuLab team, First, I appreciate all your effort creating this wonderful R package for the scientific comunity. I run many data with this package and am trying to clusterize my data by the heatplot results, but didn't work. All my genes (in green, see attached) come in the alphabetical order, but I would like to see them in a hierarchical cluster order. Is it possible? Many Thanks
