there is an R package, googleLanguageR, described in https://github.com/YuLab-SMU/fanyi/issues/13 and you can try it.

Hi, please consider using ChatGLM v4 instead, it's not necessary for us to support these translation engines any more due to high translation accuracy of generative AI, for our perspective, we will support more large language models very soon.
