geom_hilight based on node name [&&NHX:S=CladeName] #539

Hi,

I'm trying to annotate a very large gene tree. I have multiple occurrences of the same taxa distributed across the tree. The internal node names contain that information [&&NHX:S=CladeName]. I was wondering if would be possible to apply geom_hilight() based on the information of that node.

I was wondering the same and found the answer here. Check the example shown in 10.3 - function nodeid()
