I am getting the follwoing error when I run the champ.norm function with the TCGA data:
Error in champ.BMIQ(beta[, x], design.v, sampleID = colnames(beta)[x], :
task 1 failed - "'replace = FALSE'，因此不能取比总体要大的样本。
The champ.norm function worked well with the test data and GSE68777 data. I checked the TCGA data format, but found nothing helpful. It will be apperiated if you could offer any suggestions to fix this.
