Hey! Great tool, I've been very impressed with how much cool stuff you've been able to squeeze into this simple tool.
However, I've been reading about one feature, champ.reffree for reference-free cell type deconvolution, but it doesn't seem to be an available function in champ 2.22.0. Has it been removed or am I doing something silly?
