I am encountering this error while finding DMPs,
[Section 3: Match Annotation Start]:
Error in rowMeans(beta[com.idx, which(pheno == Compare[[i]][2])]) : 'x' must be an array of at least two dimensions
Although, it says in [Section 2], that it found 384k significant MVPs. But then it doesn't show them because of the error. I couldn't find anything in the documentation regarding a 'no-replicate' situation.
