Thank you for your nice work on ChAMP, and yet I feel it necessary to report a bug in champ.DMR when method set to "ProbeLasso":
in this mode, it will calculate DMP by champ.DMP, which by default uses 450K annotation, and causes a great loss of DMP when the actual arraytype is EPIC.
