I was just wondering why version 2.31.1 works with the EPIC v2 array, but a more recent version 2.32.0, does not.

Instructions at https://github.com/YuanTian1991/ChAMP-DemoRun/tree/main/EPICv2/illumina_demo_data_iScan are helpful, found in #37. Encountering the same issue. Suggesting making that link more visible in the main README, at least until the changes will be officially implemented.
