Added Manhattan and Q-Q plot to champ.DMP #5

If plots are requested, a new data frame comparing all DMPs for the first comparison pair is added to output list (DMPs/myDMP).

I have just committed your last scree plot modification to Bioconductor, it should be online in 2 days, and thank you in the vignette. Thanks for your help again! I am not that fast, so I will keep on pull your these modification in coming future (2-3 weeks I hope). Because these modifications are more complicated to check. I hope you can understand.

Glad to be able to help. Of course, these plots are more complicated due to the need for P-values for all probes, so take your time. If I can do anything, please let me know.
