I downloaded an excel file containing the beta values for all probe IDs. I read that champ can do analyses on beta values, no need for idat files. But when I am trying to load it using champ import I am getting error message that no correct match between pd and green idat file. I created a pd file (.CSV file) alright in the same folder with sentrax id etc. But I am not understanding how to convert the excel into a matrix or what should be my command instead of champ.import.
Could you please help me?
