Poor kerning of V, f with subscript and preceeding text #18

Thanks for the math font!

Things like "text text $V_S$" have incorrect kerning. The "V" gets too close from the final "t" in text and way too far away from its subscript. Same goes using an "f" in place of the "V".

Behavior is possibly marginally better in XeLaTeX than in LuaLaTeX, but there is margin for improvement in both cases.

Sorry for the late reply. I think this is mainly the problem of the italic angle of S. As of the newest engine (both xe lad lua) now supports left mkern, I have update the font and it should be better now.

I have noticed that there is a new version of the font on CTAN, and tested it. However, I still have issues similar to those described above: For instance in text text $I_{R_1}$ where the text is in Crimson Pro that should be similar enough to Garamond for a match, I get the text too close to the math (not enough space between the last "t" of "text" and the "I" in the math. Furthermore, I get the subscript "R" too close to the "I".
