Feature Request: macOS CryptoTokenKit #236

The current SDK provides both a PKCS11 and KSP interface (speaking of, is the code available for that?) to access a remote YubiHSM2 via the connector protocol natively on Linux and Windows respectively. I'd really like a macOS CryptoTokenKit extension available as well. This would allow a remote YubiHSM2 module to be accessible via the macOS Keychain.
