[Feature Request] Export Certificate Public Key to OpenSSH AuthorizedKeys Format #351

I extensively use my Yubikeys to authenticate to remote servers and it would be nice if there were an option in the PIV application to export a certificate's public key in the native OpenSSH AuthorizedKeys format in addition to .crt/.pem.
