OS X - 10.11.3 El Capitan; Personalization Tool presents error when a YubiKey is plugged in #69

Just installed personalization tool (3.1.24)(1.17.3) but it won't read my Yubikey. Error message is "Unknown error occurred". The Yubikey green light is on and I am logged on as an administrator. The Yubikey authenticates successfully on the Yubikey web site.

In case this may help I had also installed (upgraded) to Lastpass (4.0.3) and my Yubikey stopped working. After much contact with Lastpass technical support I had to disable multifactor verification.

Hello all. I just ran the Disk Utility app on my volume (First Aid), and although I received NO ERRORS the Personalisation Tool NOW WORKS.
