New Yubikey y4c not recognized by ykpersonalize #117

Hi, I just got a new USB-C Yubikey 4, and while trying to set it up, all the personalization utilities fail to recognize the key. In my Apple system report, the key is not recognized as plugged in either. There is no clear light turned on. Thanks!

Hey,

If the YubiKey doesn't light up and doesn't emit an OTP when touched something is wrong with it.

If you have the means it's great if you can test it in a different computer, otherwise please contact Yubico support about it.
