Yubikey core error: expected only one YubiKey but several present #59

When running ykinfo -a I am getting the error in the title of the ticket.

I just received a yubikey nano, and accidentally plugged it in while my other yubikey neo was connected.

Now neither the command line or GUI version of the tool want to work. It does not matter whether I have only 1 key connected, or if I switch between the two (one a time). Neither tool will work.

Restarting OS X 10.10.2 (14C109) with the nano plugged in solved the issue.

Now the YubiKey personalization tool says "YubiKey is inserted" as expected.
