Attempting to setup yubikey for Mac login, error Timeout #87

Following the instructions at https://www.yubico.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Yubico_YubiKeyMacOSXLogin_en.pdf

I get the following error.

ykpamcfg -2

Yubikey core error: timeout

Doh, had to touch yubikey
