Windows Uninstaller does not remove entry from Programs and Features #38

The uninstaller does not remove the program entry from Programs and Features or the Yubikey PIV Manager shortcut. It does appear to remove all the files in the Program Files (x86)\Yubico\Yubico PIV Manager folder.

Tried this with the latest 1.4.2d and also 1.4.2 with the same issue.
