Text content, grammar, and spelling #28

One thought I had: In the YubikitDemo directory we have a QuickStart.md file, whereas in other modules we have README.md files instead. It would be more consistent if we use README.md everywhere, and that has the benefit of rendering as the main page in Github when you click on the directory (compare https://github.com/Yubico/yubikit-android/tree/master/YubikitDemo with for example https://github.com/Yubico/yubikit-android/tree/master/yubikit). Should we rename the QuickStart.md file?

I've renamed QuickStart.md, which has the added benefit of counteracting the disappointment arising when people discover that its name was a misnomer.
