Goal of this change is to be able to test JCA PIV implementation with a YubiKey.
Added a new android library :testing-android which contains extensible Instrumented test framework.
Instrumented tests can be run on physical devices directly from Android Studio
Supports devices running Android 19+
Supports NFC and USB connections

We have following PIV JCA tests which pass

To run the instrumented tests do:

checkout the branch
open the project in android studio
connect your android phone through wifi, connect YK through USB
right click the :testing-android project and select Run 'All tests'.
