The instructors should be able to import a course roster from a CSV file to automatically create student teams based on the data.

Breakdown:

• Create Backend API for CSV Upload: Create an API endpoint to handle file uploads.
• Parse CSV Data: Implement logic to parse the uploaded CSV and extract student data and team names.
• Data Validation: Validate the CSV file format and handle errors for missing or malformed data.
• Update Database: Add logic to insert or update team assignments in the database based on CSV content.
• Frontend CSV Upload UI: Create a UI on the instructor dashboard for uploading the CSV file.
• Error Feedback: Display success or error messages based on the CSV upload results.
