文字Adervese Event中Severity #192

进入任意病例，进入Adverse Event，右侧页面“AE Description” 下面选项Severity，目前有三个选项，Mild, moderate和Severe

可否在每个选项后面加点文字解释一下？改成这样： Mild –discomfort which not affects normal daily activities Moderate – sufficient discomfort which affects normal daily activities Severe – unable to work or carry out normal daily activities
