Log Item Information Needs Updating

From the AcitivtyLog, each log item can be selected, but the data presented is 
kind of horrible.  Aside from making it look better, here are some things that 
should be changed:

All Logs:
  - IDs should be removed
  - Timestamp should be replaced by Date-Time format

Event Logs:
  - Paramaters should be human readable

Action Logs:
  - Paramaters should be human readable
  - LogEventID should be replaced with a clickable that sets Listview focus on and opens the EventLog item that caused it
